No delay to the Child Death Review Board Annual Report

The 2020-21 Child Death Review Board Annual Report was provided to the Attorney-General on 28 October 2021.

There have been suggestions a delay has occurred with the report. This is not the case.

The Attorney-General has 14 parliament sitting days to table the report. It will be tabled no later than 30 March 2022 in accordance with the legislated timeframe.
