Customer complaints

The QFCC publishes reports on the number of customer complaints received in relation to the Commission itself or its employees. The reports also provide the number of complaints received which were outside of the QFCC's jurisdiction.

Information held in registers required by legislation and other lists and registers relating to the functions of the QFCC.

Gifts and benefits

The gifts and benefits register shows gifts and benefits valued at more than $150 that have been given and received by the QFCC and its employees. This may include multiple gifts or benefits, where their total value exceeds $150 in a financial year. The register is updated each quarter.

Further information

For further information about the receiving of gifts and benefits by employees and agencies of the Queensland Public Service, refer to Public Service Commission Directive 22/09 – gifts and benefits.
