is 16. She lives in South Brisbane and is originally from the Ukraine. She is a year 12 student at Brisbane State School and enjoys playing the piano, drawing and playing games. At the QFCC Youth Summit, Anika spoke about tertiary education inaccessibility for temporary humanitarian visa holders, refugees and asylum seekers.  

Anika also highlighted the extremely limited pathways refugees face while pursuing tertiary education, and how this inaccessibility will affect this, and future generations' school leavers, and also provided possible solutions.
